Our user experience (UX) process spans simple wireframes all the way to deep content strategy. Throughout, Sisu leans into the concept of co-design: more than just keeping users in mind, we gather insights -- through interviews, personas, journey maps, and more -- to learn and ensure the final product actually serves their goals. Accessibility and inclusivity are guiding tenants to our approach.

Our approach to visual design involves systemic UI and functional layouts with beauty and on-brand panache. No matter the platform, we implement component based, logical design to ensure designs can be extended and expanded.

Technology moves rapidly, and for projects we code in-house (or with one of our excellent partners), we offer a layer of technical management to add transparency. Our design team works hand-in-hand with our developers to refine the work as static design becomes an interactive product.

The last mile on a project can often be the trickiest. Whether that’s QA testing of a site or preparing design files for handoff to a partner, we make sure all of the work we’ve done is usable and performant.

Digital projects are by nature living works of art, and our goal is to make sure they are contemporary and expressive. We support and refine our products through maintenance and feature expansion.
